I wish I met the guys 3 months ago, after being let down by a previous company with half a Bathroom installed. I was desperate to get help fix someone else job. I contacted IBM explained our situation, no one was willing there help. But the guys at IBM came to the house explained clearly what work needed to be done, priced it and arrived two weeks later on time. A lot of competitors can learn a lot from the guys, so professional worked from 8am to 6pm any queries or extras we asked for was never a problem. They gave great advice and suggestions on how to make it look better than I could have imagined. If you are lucky enough to book the guys you will be delighted and impressed, you will be left with the highest quality craftsmanship and the price charged was the best in the market. John was great. We communicated through WhatsApp multiple times before the job was started sending messages and pictures to make sure both sides were clear on what was to be done. We agreed a date and John & his dad arrived on time. We went over the work and John explained any issues that could arise while carrying out the work, thankfully all went okay and we had zero issues. The standard of work and finish was great. John pointed out one or two minor things that needed repairing in my bathroom and fixed them for me without any extra cost. They were also extremely clean and tidied up very well after the work was complete. Could highly recommend John & his dad. Would use them again in the future.More

I found John and Mihail to be very good tradesmen. They did a great job for me in my bathroom and they were able to do all the necessary tiling, plumbing and electrical works.
