The protection of your personal data and information is a top priority for YourPro and a solid foundation for the relationship of trust that we are trying to build with you. 

With this Privacy Policy Statement, we wish to inform you of the way YourPro collects, processes, uses and stores your personal information and data (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Information" or "Personal Data" or "Personal Data"). 

By visiting our Website and any use thereof, as indicated by your registration with our Services, you unconditionally accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy, which is an integral part and uniform whole with our Terms of Use, in conjunction with which it should be read and interpreted. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy either in part or in whole, please cease to visit this Website and/or make any use of it or its Services.

1. Framework of the Privacy Policy

The collection, processing and use of your Personal Data by YourPro are governed by the provisions of Greek and European law, as indicatively by the provisions of Law 2774/1999 "on the protection of personal data in the telecommunications sector" and the Directive 95/46/EP and 97/66/EP, as applicable.

YourPro is not responsible for the terms of collection and processing of personal data that apply to other websites, to which our Website refers in the form of links.

 

2. Collection of Personal Data by YourPro

2.1. During Customer registration

To make use of the YourPro Services, you will be asked to subscribe to them in order to create for you an account through which you will be able to publish to YourPro the Works for which you are looking for a Professional.

During the registration process, we will ask you for the following Personal Information:

-Name

-E - mail

-Mobile and/or landline number

You will also be asked to select and enter the password to the account we create for you, as well as accept the Terms and Conditions of Use of YourPro.

2.2. During Work registration

 

Each time you try to post a Work, you will be prompted to fill out a form. There, we ask you for information and clarifications about the Work you wish to perform, in order for us to better understand the subject matter of the Work and to notify the Professionals who may be interested in taking it on, but also the Professionals themselves to assess whether they can and if they want to claim the Job and thus obtain your details and submit their Offer to you.

This clarifying information that we ask you for may include some personal information, such as your address. You may also be asked to register your tax ID number and your Social Security Registration Number in case you choose to authorize YourPro to issue a working stamp on your behalf, or even the I.O.S. and your profession/activity.

You acknowledge that when a Job is posted to YourPro, your Personal Information is not published, but only the information relating to the Work, as defined in the previous paragraph. However, when a Professional is interested in your Work and pays the YourPro the units requested in order to obtain your contact information and submit his Offer, then YourPro notifies him of the following (or some of the following) Personal Information:

- Your full name

- Your landline and/or mobile phone number

- Your e-mail (if you have notified us)

You acknowledge that you fully agree to the disclosure of the above personal information to the Professionals who are interested in your Work and authorize YourPro to do so.

3. Customer Obligations in the Provision of Personal Data

You acknowledge that you have an obligation to provide the actual, accurate and complete information requested by YourPro during the process of registering and creating a personal account, and at any time you are asked for such information about you. Furthermore, you must inform YourPro of any changes to these data in order to remain up-to-date and accurate.

If it should become apparent by YourPro that you do not comply with the above obligations or if YourPro has reasonable suspicions that the information you provide is false or incomplete or in any way contradicts the law or the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, YourPro has the right to reject your application for registration or to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice.

In this case, you have no right to any compensation due to the rejection of your application, or the suspension or termination of your account.

You acknowledge that YourPro may delete, cross-reference, supplement or modify the information you provide based on information legally provided by third parties.

All the above information you provide to YourPro is registered in its databases by automatic electronic or other means.

 

4. Collection of other data by  YourPro

4.1. Website browsing and usage data

 

When you use our software, we collect anonymous information, such as your IP address and basic web logging information, such as your browser type and the pages you browsed our website, browser language, date and time of your request, etc. We may locate the pages that led you to our software, although we do not associate this information with your Personal Information.

Furthermore, when you visit YourPro, we send your computer a "cookie". Cookies are small files stored in the browser and store information about the use of the Website on your hard disk. This allows us to identify your computer the next time you make use of our website.

Please note that all information contained in cookies is encrypted for security reasons. Cookies alone cannot be used to identify the user's Personal Information.

You can set up your internet browser to keep you informed when you receive a cookie, so you can choose to accept or reject it. However, if you choose not to receive cookie files from YourPro, you may not be able to access any of the tools offered by YourPro.

Our Website contains links to other websites. The above described and used technologies may also be used to monitor and measure the frequency of traffic of these links. However, these technologies cannot identify your personal information and the findings are used only for statistical purposes.

4.2. Professional Assessments

Each time you select a Professional through the YourPro Services, YourPro asks you to rate/evaluate the services that the Professional has provided you. You fully accept that YourPro may collect and collect these ratings/ratings for the Professionals with whom you have worked.

These evaluations/ratings will not be communicated to any third party in a way that makes you recognizable but serve to form an overall and anonymous image and evaluation for the Professional.

Please be objective in your assessment. In this way you will also contribute to creating a correct and real image for the Professional, which will help other Clients in their decision on whether to cooperate with him. 

You acknowledge that YourPro reserves the right to delete your assessment, especially when it is particularly burdensome, and YourPro, having communicated with both parties, believes that the assessment does not correspond to reality or that it is excessive or unfounded and/or that it has been done with the intention of damaging the reputation of the Professional.

4.3. Information from communications

You acknowledge that YourPro may keep a record of the written letters, e-mails or other messages and generally any text communications you have exchanged with YourPro for any reason.

Furthermore, you agree that your communication with any Professional through the Website Platform is not private and that YourPro may record and keep it in his file for security reasons and for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the Terms of Use of the Website.

You acknowledge that YourPro may record the telephone communications with the Clients, exclusively and only to the extent absolutely necessary for the effective service of the operational purposes and the provision of the services, as well as to maintain the file of the records for the period of six (6) months.

5. Use of Personal and Other Data

Our primary goal in the collection of Personal and other data is to provide our Services to both you and the Professionals of YourPro and to offer both an improved experience in the use of our Services. Particularly:

5.1. We use and store the Personal Data you provide to us when you register in order to create your personal account; to contact you to provide a secure and orderly connection of Customers with The Professionals, for the authorized issuance of a Contractor, for internal use related to the management of YourPro and the improvement of the Services provided, to prevent any prohibited or illegal activities, for the application of the Terms of Use and for any other reason communicated to you at the time of collection of the information. We consider the confidentiality of this Personal Information to be very important and that is why we treat it responsibly.

5.2. You agree and you accept that we may use your mobile and/or landline number to call you, among other things, to verify your personal information, to make it easier for you to book your appointment with the Professional or even to be informed about the progress of your Work, in order to ensure the best possible service.

You also agree and you accept that we may use your name, tax ID number, and your Social Security Registration Number. to issue a working stamp on your behalf, in case you authorize us through our Website to do so. 

Further, you understand and accept that in this case, the Professional you have chosen and who will receive the working stamp that we issued in your name and on your behalf for his payment, will know your tax ID number and your Social Security Registration Number, as these details are mandatory on the working stamp.

We use the e-mail you provide to us in order to send you the necessary updates and notices for the provision of our Services. Sending e-mails of such content is fully interwoven with the operation of our Website and the provision of our Services. 

Therefore, the only way to stop receiving such e-mails is to ask YourPro to permanently deactivate your account and your access to its Services.

Furthermore, we use your e-mail to send you promotional, advertising, and informational messages about our Services. 

If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, you can click on the relevant option contained in any promotional e-mail we send you.

5.3. We may use your Personal Data to create anonymous information files and/or provide third parties with benchmarking and aggregated statistics about our Services. Benchmarking and aggregated statistics are anonymous and do not contain personal information, nor are they transferred or sold to third parties in any way or form that characterizes or renders you recognizable.

5.4. We use the browsing and use data of the Website for the operation and improvement of the Website, the diagnosis of problems of our server and for the management of software, the collection of demographic and statistical data, for the better advertising and layout of our Website, to facilitate your identification during a specific session, etc. Your IP address does not contain personal information about you.

6. Protection of your Personal Data - Disclosure to third parties

 

6.1.  In order to preserve your privacy, YourPro ensures that your Personal Data is not made public to everyone. For this reason, the Published Work does not include your personal information. 

You acknowledge and authorize YourPro to provide your contact information, namely your name, address, e-mail address, and your mobile and/or landline number, (or some of them) only to Professionals who declare an interest in taking up the Work and pay YourPro the requested units to contact you and in any case to the Professional whom you have accepted to perform your Work.

YourPro expects and asks Professionals to respect your Personal Data, to use it only within the framework of the operating purposes of our Website, and not to share it with third parties. 

Nevertheless, YourPro cannot coerce the Professionals to comply with the above commitments and for this reason, you fully acknowledge and accept that YourPro bears no responsibility whatsoever, nor does he owe any kind of compensation in the event that a Professional who has gained access to your Personal Data, uses them for reasons other than the provision of his services to you in relation to a specific posted Work or if it communicates them to third parties without your permission.

6.2. YourPro uses encryption when Personal Information is transmitted between your system and ours,  sets firewalls and intrusion detection systems to help prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing your information. 

 

Furthermore, it carries out through its technical continuous checks, in order to ensure the transmission of information and the safe and unimpeded use of the Website by Customers and its users in general, free from possible malware (e.g. viruses) and from possible arbitrary access to personal user information. Because there is no foolproof security system, YourPro cannot guarantee that his efforts will be completely successful each time, in terms of his Web site and hosting provider.

In this regard, YourPro shall not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer from unauthorized access to your Personal Information by third parties or the unintentional disclosure of such information during transit and it is noted that you are obliged to take all necessary security and protection measures of your system and your passwords and personal accounts and you acknowledge the associated risks when using the Website and sending information to it.

6.3. YourPro may share or disclose all the information contained in his database and on the registrations of his server if required by law, judicial or police authorities, or the prosecution of electronic crime and/or in order to respond to witness calls, court decisions, or other legal proceedings.

Also, in order to exercise any legal right or objection, to defend against any claims, to investigate, prevent or take legal action in connection with illegal activities or activities that it suspects are illegal, to protect and defend the rights, property, or security of YourPro and the Website or users or for any other reason provided by law.

YourPro does not disclose or sell your Personal Data to third parties who have nothing to do with the provision of our Services, to the extent necessary for these persons to assist YourPro to provide you with his Services or even to improve them, through an evaluation that you may be required to provide for the services of YourPro to his employees or independent partners.

Under no circumstances does YourPro disclose or sell your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes.

YourPro undertakes to provide the user with access to his personal data and to inform him whenever he wishes in the context of Law 2472/1997 and the rights granted to him in respect of the maintenance and processing of his personal data.

The user may, using his personal account, modify, renew or delete any information provided within him or her and request the deletion of his account. Deleting any information or document means that it will not be accessible to third parties. 

 

However, please note that a Professional who previously accessed some of your Personal Information may have saved that Information that you deleted. YourPro bears no responsibility in this case. Furthermore, YourPro reserves the right to archive and access the deleted Personal Information.

To modify, renew, or delete your Personal Information as above, you must submit your application in writing to [email protected] and specify the Personal Information that you want to modify, refresh, or delete.

8. Deactivate Account

If for any reason you wish to deactivate your account and stop using your Personal Information and disclose it to any third party, please contact us at [email protected].

In this case, we will deactivate your account and prevent third parties from accessing your Personal Information, subject to the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 7 above.

YourPro may contain links to websites that are not owned or controlled by YourPro. YourPro does not control these links, which do not operate under this Privacy Policy. 

We recommend that you review the privacy statements found on these third-party websites in order to be informed of their procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and non-personal information.

10. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad

The servers that make this Site available, as well as the databases in which the information is stored, may be installed outside Greece, but within the European Union. 

Although the current data protection legislation and other laws of the European Union are as complete as those imposed by the legislation in Greece, rest assured that in any case, we make every effort to ensure the processing of your personal data in accordance with national law and any other relevant applicable legislation.

11. Respect for the Personal Data of Third Parties

Just as YourPro requires the Professionals of the Website to respect the Personal Data of the Clients, so it also requires you to respect the Personal Data of the Professionals to which you access from our Website.

For example, you are obliged to use the Personal Data of Professionals solely in the context and in accordance with the purpose of the operation of YourPro. Specifically, you have access to the contact details of each Professional who has expressed an interest in your Work, so that you can get in touch with him and find out what his Offer is, but also negotiate the specific terms of the agreement you will make with him. 

In addition, you can access the Professional's Profile and Assessments to gain an insight into his professional skills and qualifications. You acknowledge and accept that you will not use the Personal Information of Professionals for any purpose that is illegal or contrary to the Terms of Use and other Operating Policies of YourPro.

Especially regarding the license to practice or the diplomas that a Professional may have posted on his Profile, you acknowledge that these are available to you in order to enhance the credibility of the Professional and you are prohibited from copying or using them for any reason. Furthermore, you agree that under no circumstances will you disclose the Personal Information of the Professional to third parties without his consent.

12. Applicable Law - Mediation - Arbitration

This Privacy Policy is subject to Greek law. Any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy will be resolved by mediation in accordance with the rules of the Hellenic Mediation and Arbitration Centre in Athens, as it will exist and operates at the time the dispute enters mediation. 

Mediation is mandatory before the case is referred to arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation, it will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hellenic Mediation and Arbitration Centre in Athens, as it will exist and operates at the time the dispute is put to arbitration. 

If the parties have not agreed on the appointment of an arbitrator within five (5) days of the request for arbitration, then a three-member committee shall be appointed by the Hellenic Mediation and Arbitration Centre itself.

You acknowledge that YourPro notifies the Professional who will serve you and perform the Task the following (or some of the following) personal information:

You acknowledge that you fully agree to the disclosure of the above personal information to the Professional who will perform the Work and authorize YourPro to do so.
